The first in-person Nutanix .NEXT since 2019 is just around the corner in Chicago on May 9th and 10th! If you haven't registered, don't worry, there's still time. Click here to register!
While at .NEXT, we invite you to stop by the Frame Lounge in the Expo Hall to meet the team, chat about the latest and greatest with Frame, and enter our raffle for a chance to win an awesome LEGO set! You can also book a meeting with our team in advance by clicking here.
Also, be sure to add the Futureproofing for the Future of Work session to your agenda! In the session you will hear from Yangzhi Zhao, Director of Product, Frame, and Jilbert El Zmetr, SVP of Technology & Engineering, Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. Yangzhi and Jilbert will be discussing the ever-evolving modern workplace and the challenges facing IT and how Frame has become the answer to many of these challenges for SOM. Session attendees will receive an extra raffle ticket for the LEGO set!
Enhanced Browser Multi-Monitor Support
We are pleased to announce an enhancement to Frame's multi-monitor feature, addressing previous limitations experienced when accessing Frame sessions via a browser. Specifically, automatic monitor layout detection and seamless window dragging are now supported when accessing Frame sessions via Chrome and Microsoft Edge (version 100 or later)! These capabilities were previously only available via Frame App. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, simply start a session, click on the Gear Menu icon, and select Manage Displays!
Frame at IGEL Disrupt 2023
Frame was thrilled to be a Gold Sponsor at the IGEL DISRUPT in Nashville, where our team participated in IGEL's partner advisory board and delivered three insightful breakout sessions! These sessions, led by our team of EUC experts, provided attendees with valuable information on enhancing their virtual desktop experiences and navigating the challenges of modern work models.
Ruben Spruijt, Senior Technologist, discussed the impact of selecting the right VM types in Azure, AWS, and GCP on performance and user experience. He shared unique findings on application performance and best price/performance ratio across the three major hyperscalers, helping attendees optimize their DaaS solutions.
Yangzhi Zhao, Director of Product, and Jason Thompson, Solutions Architect, demonstrated Frame's unique approach to digital workspaces. They showed how Frame can address the challenges of connectivity, resource availability, data security, and collaboration in the context of on-demand work experiences.
Lastly, Ruben returned with a game-changing session on hybrid work, DaaS, public cloud, on-premises, GPUs, and industry developments. He utilized data from the community-driven "State of the EUC Union" survey to offer valuable insights on the current state and future of workspace strategies, empowering attendees to embrace the future of hybrid work.
